Psychology and personal development have always been at the center of my curiosity. Rooted in my Master’s degree in Psychology, my work explores the human mind, focusing on how we think, feel, heal, and grow. Alongside many years in corporate HR, I gained firsthand insight into human behavior in real-life settings: motivation, resilience, relationships, and the inner stories that shape our choices.
I live on the beautiful island of Cyprus, surrounded by nature that continually inspires and energizes me. I love capturing the beauty of the natural world through photography, especially the harmony of colors, textures, and unexpected details.
